RCM and WCM Master Class this December 2010
10/19/10 at 03:39:47
Dear All,
As we all know the cost of doing maintenance is generally much more than what it should be.  Many techniques are talked, learnt, planned and tried out but not much practiced because improving reliability and maintenance requires a disciplined and systematic approach but more to this it requires a change in the maintenance culture.
With this in mind, we are offereing back to back maintenance and reliability training to end this calendar year 2010.

The first 15 delegates who will reserved on this training on RCM and WCM training will include the book on World Class Maintenance - The 12 Disciplines.
As these two maintenance and reliability courses indicate, it offers not only ways and means to lower the cost of doing maintenance but much importantly to improve the way we do maintenance as well as details on how to improve the reliability of our equipment and systems.  It is with great priviledge to invite your key maintenance and operations people in this event.
Should you be interested to join us in this event, you may register online at http://www.rsareliability.com/benefits.htm or you can send us an email at rollyangeles@rsareliability.com or marievic_angeles@rsareliability.com and send the following details :
1) Name of Delegate
2) Position of Delegate
3) Company
4) Course your delegate will attend, WCM, RCM or both
The challenge in any equipment reliability initiative is starting to improve in a reactive world of maintenance with the same amount of resources and time.  Remember that all world class companies were not born that way. They started with being reactive themselves. Quote from page 25 of World Class Maintenance Book
